Exchanges, returns, and replacement

Exchanges may be necessary for a number of different reasons.

LOST PACKAGE
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will send out a replacement. If the tracking shows Delivered or Return To Sender we can only offer a replacement order to an alternative address.

SIZING EXCHANGE
If it is a sizing issue we will offer one time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order.  On large orders we do not offer size replacements on more than 2 shirts in the order.

PRODUCT ISSUE
If it is an issue being the wrong product, wrong size, and/or bad graphic send us (shaman@triberella.com) a picture of what you have received. Once approved, we can offer a refund or replacement

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 45 days after the shipped date.
